Please review the following refund and cancellation policies. These policies are effective as of January 20, 2025 and may be updated from time to time.

Refund policy

Refund handling varies by product and engagement type, with service terms controlled by the relevant agreement.

Physical products

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Services

  • Refunds for services are governed by the applicable Engagement Letter.
  • Eligibility, deductions, and other terms are defined in the engagement documentation agreed at the start of the work.
  • In the event of a dispute, the Engagement Letter controls.

General refund terms

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process depending on the financial institution and payment processing timelines.
  • Personalized products and non-cancelable services may be excluded from refund eligibility when disclosed at purchase.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation rules depend on whether the purchase is a shipped product, a services engagement, or a subscription arrangement.

Physical product orders

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, customers may use the return or refund process instead.
  • To cancel an order, email hello@rooseveltpark.dev with the order number. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Services

  • Service cancellations are governed by the applicable Engagement Letter or service agreement.
  • Any fees, notice requirements, and refund eligibility are defined in that agreement.
  • Prepaid service refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the engagement when the agreement provides for it.

Subscriptions, if applicable

  • Subscription plans may be canceled at any time.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle are not offered unless otherwise specified. For assistance, contact hello@rooseveltpark.dev.

General cancellation terms

  • Any approved refund tied to a cancellation is returned to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on payment processing timelines.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to hello@rooseveltpark.dev or through the appropriate website form.
  • Certain items or services may be non-cancelable when clearly disclosed at purchase or in the Engagement Letter.
